Position

Plooto is seeking a well-rounded and ambitious Senior Developer who is looking to contribute towards building an impactful product utilized by over 4,500 businesses in North America. The successful candidate is obsessed with delivering a product that puts customer experience first. Required Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in solution ideation, design reviews, and roadmap completion 
• Work closely with the Product team and other stakeholders to further develop a scalable and distributed system 
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle 
• Working closely with other developers and Product Managers to integrating new features and solutions into an existing platform 
• Write technical documentation for solutions delivered 
• Live and promote our company values

 JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• Computer Science or related degree required 
• Strong MS SQL Server / SQL / T-SQL skills 
• 4 or more years of C# and ASP.NET programming experience. 
• Strong web application experience in .NET and strong skills in ASP.NET (WebAPI)
• Understanding of object-oriented design and development
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React.js, and TypeScript
• Passionate technologist with a desire to expand their knowledge and skill as well as share and mentor team members
• Experience working remotely and/or working with teams that are distributed geographically 
• Strive for continuous improvement and belief in collective success 
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

 NICE TO HAVE  

• An active Open-Source profile, projects that you're proud of, or any other evidence of your passion for building great software 
• Experience in Azure, Service Bus/RabbitMQ, Big Data Analytics Tools, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Druid, Docker, Kubernetes, CQRS, Serverless computing, Kubernetes, Microservices, Event Sourcing, Redis, Distributed architecture, .NET 5
