Position

Plooto is seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for developing, deploying, monitoring and optimizing scalable and repeatable user acquisition strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role will be focused on driving QUALITY traffic and demand utilizing a variety of marketing tactics include SEO, SEM and Paid Social Campaigns.


KEY DUTIES:

  • Exploring and testing new growth strategies including leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels. 
  • Analyzing every stage of the marketing funnel, converting traffic into leads, pipeline and revenue. 
  • Building tracking and attribution models for each acquisition channel. 
  • Assisting in content development to target prospects throughout the customer lifecycle. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining channel budgets and bidding strategies. 
  • Identifying new markets and acquisition tactics to encourage measurable business growth. 
  • Forecasting growth and delivering results. 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience scaling marketing/acquisition channels. 
  • You are data-driven and hands on. 
  • You have experience in the scrappy, fast-paced world of start-ups and scale-ups. 
  • You are a self-starter, results oriented, well-organized and sweat the small details. 
  • You understand the technical principles (SEO, SEM, Social, PPC, etc.). 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (preferred but not a must).
