Position

Plooto is seeking a Client Experience Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving superior client experience ensuring our customers are at the forefront of every interaction and our client experience strategy is closely aligned to the tactics we need to drive success. Required Skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for providing first-line customer support by answering chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Provide ongoing relationship management with existing and new clients
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise on Plooto’ s platform and services
  • Develop and implement constant improvements to customer support Help Articles, Videos.
  • Ensure a high rating on Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Analyze feedback directly from clients in order to set development priorities for new feature updates, platform improvements, and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify and satisfy customer needs, decrease customer turn over rate and help grow new/existing accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of customer experience in a fintech company, financial institution, call center, or accounting firms
  • Strong problem-solving techniques, with the ability to take ownership and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • A proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of accounting software, Accounts Payable/Receivable practices
  • Four-year University/College degree
